Minitaur Editor & Ableton Live?

Hey guys, can someone that has Minitaur Editor and Ableton Live behaving correctly post their setup? The issue I'm having is when Minitaur Editor is launched first the external instrument in Live (MIDI Out) is greyed or not available. So, launch Ableton first, setup external instrument to Minitaur and I get playback. What I can't figure out is connecting Minitaur Editor controls to Mintaur. Pressing the Release button in Minitaur Editor triggers Minitaur Editor MIDI Out but does not trigger Minitaur Release button. This functionality works perfectly standalone, problem is when Ableton Live is launched. What's the trick?

With the latest Minitaur Editor 1.0 is anyone capable of playing their master controller on MIDI Channel 2 and get Minitaur to respond? Minitaur Editor Moog Minitaur MIDI In and Out are selected and In and Out Channel set to Channel 2. Minitaur MIDI LED responds but no sound. Minitaur Editor Release button when clicked triggers Minitaur Editor's MIDI OUT LED and Minitaur MIDI LED responds but Release on Minitaur does not respond. Both Minitaur and Minitaur Editor respond to MIDI Channel 1 only.
