Alesis F2 Expression Pedal Range

I have a Voyager, VX-351, VX-352 and an Alesis F2 expression pedal. I'm using the Voyager to transmit pedal midi (appears to be CC2 using the mod1 in on the VX-352) to my DAW sequencer. I can only get a range of 000-100. Any chance there is a setting that allows me to go to 127?
