Is the SP automatically in mono(left side)?

I just recieved my SP and started messing with it. When I plug it into my soundcard(M-Audio MobilePre) with a 1/4 inst. cable(SP "Out" into M-audio MobilePre "ch.1 inst/line")..it only comes out of the left speaker. I assume this is normal? What do I have to do to get the SP to record stereo(in both midi and audio preferably)?

As the Slim Phatty only has a single 1/4" audio out it is a mono instrument. I think you'll need to set up the driver for your audio interface to recognize that channel 1 is receiving a mono signal and not the left side of a stereo signal.
