LP and Tetra?
LP and Tetra?
Has anyone hooked up their Little Phatty to a DSI Tetra? I wonder if the poly chain function would work. Or would just plugging midi out of the LP into the Tetra with all audio outs of both synths to a mixer achieve the same effect?
Re: LP and Tetra?
The true polychain feature wouldn't be working, but there is no reason you can't have both instruments playing by triggering the same keyboard. I would put the LP in Low Note Priority, so it is handling the fat bass side of things, then you could also be playing chords coming out of the Tetra. I have had a Tetra in my cart at GC.com about 10 times now. I really want to pull the trigger, but just haven't — yet that is!

Hey there,
This was a month ago but I do have both the LP and a Tetra. They are a fantastic combination, they sound very very good together. No poly chain ability. I do use the Moog a lot with low note priority and octave up the Tetra for a deep and full sound - can't be beat!
