I am the owner of a Moog Little Phatty Stage and I'm based in Scotland in the UK. Earlier today I encountered a problem while trying to upgrade my firmware. The Little Phatty was running version 1.03 and I was trying to upgrade to version 2.2.1 using software I download from the Moog website. I'm using a Focusrite Saffire 6 USB Audio Interface to connect the Little Phatty to my laptop which is running Windows Vista. Before starting I made sure I had the most up-to-date driver for my audio interface which I downloaded from the Focusrite website. I connected my Little Phatty to my audio interface using a midi cable (midi out from the audio interface to midi in on the Little Phatty). I then launched the application LPSE_v221_593.exe on my laptop then pressed the number 2 key which corresponded to my Focusrite Saffire 6 Audio Interface and my Little Phatty began to receive the new Firmware. It was at this point that I began to encounter difficulty. At Stage 1, the display on the Little Phatty showed the message 'Stage 1 Error Cycle Power' and after a few minutes this message remained on the display but the program on my laptop appeared to complete. I disconnected the midi cable from my Little Phatty, turned it off then on again but now I'm just getting a blank screen on the display and I'm unable to do anything.
Can anyone advise? I've just seen this video and it looks like this is what I need to do:

My priority is to get the Little Phatty working again as soon as possible as I need it for a gig this time next week. I've never tried to do this before and am very much a novice when it comes to this sort of thing so any support would be much appreciated.
