Hello lucky Minimoog owners!
As a great fan of Jazz-Fusion and to complete my set (Rhodes and Nord Stage for B3) I'm seriously planning to buy a Minimoog to extend my sound possibilities.
I found an offer for a SE Voyager: 1900€ with gigbag.
Do you think it is a reasonable offer or should I negociate to lower the price? I mean, it is a third-hand (bought new in 2002, then second-hand last year), but it has no Hardware updates, just OS 3.5. I can afford it by eating rice during a few months, but my Rhodes need a complete servicing as well, so if it is possible to spare a few coins... Did some of you buy a SE recently? How much did you pay for it?
Thanks in advance for your advices!
Third-hand SE Voyager?
Re: Third-hand SE Voyager?
Not typical, but I paid $1650USD for my Signature Voyager a few years ago. So I'd say negotiate.

Re: Third-hand SE Voyager?
They originally retailed for $3995 in 2003
Market reaction has not shown that Bob's signature puts a higher value on the SE Voyager
They are the same machine as new ones, although early models may need a few circuit upgrades. Ask the seller what upgrades have been installed. My memory is vague but one of them is a replacement opamp on the output that reduces noise, another is filter glide.
