Slim Phatty VST/AU Factory Presets .fxb file issue

Ok. I got the VST/AU for the Slim Phatty to work... my last issue is that the VST/AU presets that came with the software are the Little Phatty Presets so when I launch the VST/AU it opens up with the Little Phatty presets. I got the .fxb file containing the Slim Phatty presets from Amos but I have no idea how to install them on the VST/AU software plug-in so that every time I launch the VST/AU it opens up with the right presets for my Slim Phatty. Does anyone know how to install the Slim Phatty .fxb factory preset file on the VST/AU??

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
