CP-251 Sample&Hold Voltage

Post by PHC » Thu Jan 13, 2011 6:27 pm

Can anyone tell me if the problem with low-voltage +/-1V out of CP-251 S&H has been corrected in the new CP-251 version (the one with white rings). I have an old Cp-251 with red sockets and I have a good offer on buying a second one, but the S&H thing keeps me off the old one (I know the workaround with the mixer, but don't want it). Can anyone give a 100% sure answer?

I thought the ones with red rings were the newer ones.

White are the new ones. and the levels are low there, too. I always use either the mixer or another module to bring it up to the level I need.
