Godzilla, take a look at your reply and tell me who's joking. I suggest we leave it at that. I retracted my response. Fair enough?

Hi guys-
I ended up with one too many SDs and so I'm going to sell one. Prefer not to go the route of ebay so I thought I would offer it up here. I'm not looking to make any money on it so will sell it for what I paid for it. ($730 + NY state tax) Not sure of the serial number b/c I'm at work right now.
If you are interested, drop me a message and we can work out whatever details there are.

folks, my SD on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1
it really is an awesome thing. i have wanted a VC analog delay for many years and i happened to have the money so i bought it. i am a first time homeowner and that combined with other reality checks told me not to hold onto it. you will see from my ebay feedback that i am not the kind of guy who just buys stuff to make cash off of re-sales. in fact i haven't sold much on ebay in my entire life.
anyhow for interested parties there it is. it is a great sounding device and a good investment.
thanks-
borax

Wow. And I thought there were none left. #231, bought in New Zealand. I wonder if anyone else has one here? Price paid = near enough to $880US. Very worth it though.

I just bought SD #189 from Canada. I have a strong feeling that there are none left brand new now.

I just purchased #27 from a distributor in Finland.... I can't believe I found one! It was their last one, as well as their display model, and unfortunately it came without the manual or original box...

Does anybody know if there is an online version of the manual anywhere? Or someone kind enough to scan and email me a copy? I would greatly appreciate any help, it would be really nice to have.
