Phatty Midi CC #'s (control change numbers)
i have no hard manual for my phatty and the manual i did look at online had no control change numbers. here's the front panel of the phatty in cc #:
lfo rate 3
lfo amt 6
source 68
destination 69
global octave 89
osc 1 octave 74
osc 2 ocatve 75
glide on/off 65
glide rate 5
osc 1 wave 9
osc 1 level 15
osc sync 77
osc 2 wave 11
osc 2 level 16
filter cutoff 19
filter resonance 21
envelope amt. 27
keyboard amt. 22
overload 18
volume
attack 28
decay 29
sustain 30
release 31
filter
attack 23
decay 24
sustain 25
release 26
i arrived at these midi cc #'s by turning knobs and pressing switches on my lp tribute while recording midi automation into ableton live 8. the long, awkward title is for a more expansive search return.

A current table is in the OS3.1 addendum. It is included in the zip file with OS3.

Yep... that's what I used to map the LP to my Laboratory 61. Some people like to do it the hard way though.Sir Nose wrote:A current table is in the OS3.1 addendum. It is included in the zip file with OS3.

some people drove their phatty to the factory to get their firmware/cv mods.
didn't find that addendum, perhaps someone could link the os3 thread.

It's included in the zip file on the Products-LP page.
Re: Phatty Midi CC #'s (control change numbers)
I uploaded an excel file I made for myself of all the CC numbers and value ranges with each page split by section of the synthesizer to the Yahoo group: KnobTweak. It is under Files=>Little Phatty.
Only thing I've found not correct are some of the On/off descriptions. I just used the Moog document, but when I went to program with the tables some were backwards. I haven't gone through, found which are reversed and corrected the document yet.
CC #s 1-32 have the ability to be used as the MSB of a 14-bit midi message with the LSB at CC #= (MSB CC#) + 32
If you are not a member or don't want to join the group, I'll put it up on another file share site.

I am evaluating the phatty's purchase, and midi mapping is very important to me.
thx
