You shouldn't do that whilst driving, especially when you have a Moog in the passenger seat!

I bought something. Kind of Moog related, as I am tired of not having my LP jacks labeled. The curse of custom wood sides, doncha know?

Roland MKS-80

Controlling from my Novation X-Station, and using the Rekon VST-Editor. Loving it!

...and ordered these yesterday :) - Can't wait to spam them with MIDI CC's and see what oozes out.

Looks like you're trying to post a link to an image which is an attachment to an email or something. That doesn't work.

You'll need to put it on a hosting site, or else attach the image file to your forum post.

To host it, something like imgur works well: http://imgur.com/

To attach the file directly to your post, click the "upload attachment" tab, which is visible when you are composing a post, under the Save/Preview/Submit buttons.

I think that the forum has either exceeded its set image store capacity, or it's purposely been hobbled in as far as hosting uploaded images.

You need to host it on another server somewhere and link to it with [img] tags. If you'd like to, you could email me the photo (PM me and I'll respond with my address) and I'll upload it to my server and email you back the links you'll need... ?

M.Brane is supposed to be awesome. I love JoMoX; especially the SunSyn. Never saw one in person but bought the flyer from eBay so I could frame it.

I have a JoMoX XBase09 Drum machine right now and it has the XROM mod which allows me to load the high hat section up with all sorts of samples from vintage drum boxes (Linn, old Roland, etc). The Bass module kicks but also but I'm thinking of selling it to fund me of my modular; I will most likely pickup a M.Bass11.

If you search YouTube you'll see two videos of the JoMoX owner carrying on about his operation and his backround, it's in German with english subtitles, very inspiring stuff.

He seems like a nice guy! These will be my first bits of JoMoX gear, hopefully they'll arrive in an hour or two.
I've read the manuals and made a few templates for my MIDI controller, so I'll be able to dial in sounds a lot quicker.

I expect that the MBrane will take some time to master, since it's a unfamiliar form of synthesis (to me anyway!)

There were very few demos of these. Nick Batt from SonicState had a pretty good MBase review (but brief) but the only MBrane I saw was at Big City Music during NAMM when it was released. There is a bit more now but you've seen them all I'm sure. The Brane can make some very unique sounds due to the 'membrane' concept.

The biggest criticism of these devices is that programming is a bit of a chore due to the encoder and up/down buttons. If you can bind MidiCCs via a keyboard controller, you'll likely get much further much quicker. The a awesome thing is that it has trigger inputs in addition to Midi and if I'm not mistaken it will send a Midi note so you can even use it as a trigger to Midi note converter.

Again, not a recent purchase, but there are some newbies to the site who may not have seen this particular item before. Also, my synth cabinet is finally complete! :D I submit for your consideration,
