Syncing with Cubase

Right, I need to have my Little Phatty Stage II synced with Cubase, so that the LFO & arpeggiator are in the same timing as my Cubase project.

Last time I tried this, the whole Moog crashed and had to go back for repair! So I don't want to just 'have a go' this time lol.

Anyone know anything about how to get it synced up? Anyone already done it?
