slim phatty will receive sysex but not send?

i'm having problems with my slim phatty and the sysex menu. by some reason my slim phatty randomly stops sending sysex to sysex librarian. this have happened to me before and that time i had to restore factory settings to have it work again. i got several new sounds now i dont want to loose! :(

any help is appreciated

Did you try sending single presets rather than the entire bank?
