Slim Phatty, Tuning waaaay out of control

Im getting more and more to the point the Slim Phatty is unusable for me.
The tuning problems keep occuring.
- The tuning is much more than a few cts, sometimes its more than a fourth or majord third out of tune, and normal tuning doesnt really help.
- The tuning drifts off after the unit being powered on for more than 3 hours.
- I got stable room temperature.
- I tried the auto tuning after warm up
- I used calibration and it works, but only till i power off, when i turn it on later, the tuning is all over the place again.
- I have the latest firmware
- I factory reset the thing countless times.

Im giving this a last shot before turning it back to the store, or put it on ebay,
What can i do to keep the tuning under control:
-The calibration function is waaay to time consuming to use everytime i start up the moog.
- I have an arp 2600 and a Korg MS20 here and the tuning drift on those 30+ year old units are much better and robust than the brand new Phatty.

Any hints and tips?

Have you tried contacting moog support? If so, what did they say?
