Voyager RME wont stop making sound HELPPPP

Hi

Ive only had my RME for a few weeks, but today it wont stop making a solid tone

its the sound of whatever preset it is, but it just kicks out a solid tone which wont stop.

its not the envelope gate being on the ON / EXT setting, when I put it on that setting it makes a noise on top of the solid tone, just like if I play my midi keyboard, it makes the sounds of the keys, but its like a hanging note, like leakage

also I have unplugged the midi cable & it is still just kicking out noise

I tried a factory reset, but it hasnt done anything, it just keeps making a tone

arghhhhh

could anyone help me / shed any light on this please?

weird cos the 8 bit video game sound preset (A - 16) is fine, but then when I put it up one preset to Wormy Lead (A - 17) the tone just starts then it wont stop

then the tone that is playing is a hanging note on the last note that was played
