How to get LFO to trigger

Post by julianw » Tue May 31, 2011 12:14 pm

As viewers may see, I've only had my Voyager a little while.

How do I get the LFO to constantly trigger the two ADSR generators at LFO rate? With the ENV/GATE switch set to ON/EXT I cant get retriggering, but I have had it doing it before.

Thanks.

Hi -

In the EDIT mode menu there is a feature called Filt Env. Gate Source and Vol Env. Gate Source. This selects the Gate Source for the EGs when the Env. Gate switch is in the "ON/EXT" position.

You can select S+H Gate (normalled @ the tip of the S+H Gate jack to LFO Square wave) to select the LFO to trigger the EGs. The EGs can have separate Gate source, for instance you can can trigger the Volume Envelope w/ the Keyboard and the Filter Envelope from the S_H Gate.

You have to set this up per preset. It's fun!!!

Best regards,
Steve D

Thanks, that's great, I had not seen that.

Must be set up on one or two presets but not on live panel mode which I tend to use it in. Thanks for your help.
