MOOG IS A PROBLEM MACHINE!!! (PLEASE HELP)

Hi guys this is Cagri from istanbul. my voyager is 2 months old, i've bought it from NYC and i used it 2 times on stage, it didn't even carried.. there was a "stuck note problem" the first time and it never went away.. now when it's open and while even i'm not playing it's freezing or the LCD contrast is getting darker till the last level! and it never goes away till i shut it down and open it up again! i have no electrical issues or problems about my home by the way... I feel really disappointed and angry about moog, is anybody has a moog with zero problems??

i don't get it, if they can not do a properly working synth why r they doin it?? there is no service in istanbul by the way.. i'm so unhappy because the sounds are incredible, i wanna use it but i'm sick of the disorders...

could you please suggest me anyway to fix this machine?

Yes. Mine is years old without any issues. It has been upgraded a few times as the upgrades were available.

They can do one. And they do. Bouncing one around the world may not ne the best thing for one, however.

Reload the operating system carefuly following the instructions or ship it to a service center.

It has nothing to do with the system software. It is a hardware problem - maybe of the digital board.
You should contact Moogmusic.

sounds are incredible but the machine is disordering all the time, that's i'm unhappy about, please read the hole thing before you say anything please.. Plus, lots of users has lots of problems like "stuck note problem" about the machine i sad "if they can not do a properly working synth why r they doin it?" because of that. Im not only a studio artist i'm a performer so i need to trust my keyboards about crashing or stuck notes.. i wanna trust my voyager the most but it makes bad jokes on stage to me so i'm unhappy yes..

how can i contact with moog music? i mean i can't reach their email or support from the offical web site.
