SP poly chain with Voyager?

Post by mustgroove » Fri Apr 08, 2011 9:36 pm

Just a quick one... Is it possible to hook up multiple SPs to a Voyager to create a poly chain? Or is that only possible with an LP?

Yes, but the voyager voice won't necessarily sound the same. You'd have to dial it in.

Ah yes very true... and I'm assuming you can also chain a bunch of SPs together, without an LP or Voyager, to create a keyboardless poly chain?

Or you could use a bank of phatties for stacking and multitrimbral exploits

THe next software update for the Voyager should include a better way to integrate with the other synths in the Moog line.

I want to get duophonics with the Taurus but I have to transpose the keyboard voltage down so low, the Voyager's sound engine becomes unusable via the keyboard. THe Taurus range should fall within the entire voyager keyboard without transposing it down.

I think I hear the mothership coming.
