Please HELP! My Moog Prodigy is in trouble

Hi everyone. I joined these forums hoping someone could help me with my problem. I just got a Moog Prodigy recently, and it seemed to be working fine. However since the other day the pitch bend is not acting the same. When the oscillator sync is off, it does not bend the pitch anymore. When I try to use the pitch bend it makes a weird crazy sound that is totally off, and is definitely not bending the pitch as it should. Also when I put it back to the center position, the notes on the keyboard seem to go slightly out of tune. The pitch wheel seems slightly loose, and it can be moved slightly side to side. When I do this, the notes go out of tune slightly. When the oscillator sync is turned on, however, the pitch wheel seems to do what it's supposed to (filter sweep?) for the most part correctly, though it doesn't sound as good of a sweep as it used to.

Unfortunately I might be at fault for this. I feel stupid telling this but I must because it might help diagnose the problem. I opened my Prodigy to try and replace the keys the other day, and I ended up unscrewing three screws in the back which I later realized I didn't need to remove in order to open the casing. As a result, three different pieces got detached from the back wall of the casing. One was a magnet looking thing, another looked kind of like a fuse with a silver nut below it, and the third was some sort of wire with a round metal end that attaches itself against the wall. I ended up screwing them back into the wall, presumably as they should be positioned. Do you think me touching any of these three things with my bare hands could have messed up the pitch wheel? Please help me if you can!

Also, I am in need of the Top C key and a black key for my Prodigy, and was wondering if anyone knows where to get replacement keys for a prodigy. I've tried syntaur.com but they don't seem to have the right keys.

This is the very important (safety reasons!) ground connector of the earth wire to the housing.

If you have not the right knowledge, you better keep the fingers of electric parts. As you can see, you might break the unit. Or you could harm you seriously.
Without a detailed description of the part (I can't figure out the other two things) it is impossible to tell what happened.

Better show the Prodigy to someone will electronic skills. A Prodigy is to expensive and to good sounding to try your first electronic repair job on it.

It changes the pitch of the synched oscillator #2 only. This resulting in some harmonic content that is impossible to get by filters.
For filter sweeps, use the cutoff knob and use try different emphasis amounts.

Hi - I just saw this post asking for how I fixed my mod wheel - well, eventually - my fix stopped working. I then used super glue 2 - a plastic superglue to create resistance so the pot would move. It is now holding. However, I think my issue was different than yours...
