Moog Voyager Audio/filter Problem

Post by djego » Sun Jan 16, 2011 4:52 am

Hi everyone

i was playing with my moog, when i noticed that i was getting sound just from one output,
i cheked the cables and everything was correct, then i used the headphone out and i was getting the same problem.

i turn all the knobs everything was working but the filter.., i was getting no change from the cutoff when the filter was set to hp/lp ,when i turn up all the resonance i heard sound from both outputs right/left, but i got a strange sound, some patches that use the hp/lp preset doesnt sound.

dont know what happened.

sorry for my english.

Check the setting of the Spacing parameter. Set it to the 12 0#clock position (= zero). Maybe one of the filters is just lowered in cutoff by this parameter, so that it filters nearly all sound.
keep on turning these Moog knobs

Hey,

I already did that, no its something about the filter, i'm getting no sound from the oscillators on the right channel, and hp/lp doens't recieve any sound for oscillators, I just can hear the resonance working its like a sweep sound.

Did you try the headphone output as well?

He says he did in the first post. Sounds like something came unplugged inside.

Hi Guys,

I have the same issue.
After 1 year and 1 month, the unit failed as yours.
No way to repair under warranty so I payed 460 Euros to get it back (February 2012).
Today it fails again with the same problem.

My 2 cents.

Having the same problem. Just started, with no prompting, on July 30th 2017. Voyager pretty much rock solid for years, and then this. What ended up being the solution? Was there a solution? Factory Service?

Thanks in advance for any and all info -
