Hi Niko,

My pleasure :D

I saw just a little bit more w.r.t. the Rogue manual, but it's just two pages (front & 1 page showing some patch-settings of the Part Two section of the manual, which were already available). While it's already clear/obvious/etc what the controls do, it'd be nice to read the 'Instruction'-part as well. The MG-1 does fine, I'll have a look at the
Prodigy etc as well.

And then I ran into pics of a reverse-coloured Rogue, so stopped looking. Horrible ! 8)

I have the manual and could always do a scan... Lots of pages though... Where should I upload it ? If anyone would like to host the scans on their website please PM me.

Hi Krinor,

That would be much appreciated, thanks ! To make the job easier, the pages with the patches are already online* ('Part Two': pages 9-18) so that would make it less work. I'm the most interested in what they have to say about the controls, I guess that'll be covered in the first part. I have no idea what comes after part Two, I guess maybe still a few pages of specs & then: Happy playing ! ;-)

It'd have been convenient to have added that link right away but I can't find it right now. I do have said pages here though, so could send them if you like to include them or something. Just PM me an email-address & I'll send those pages.

I can upload files but it'll be there just for a week (YouSendIt), I'm not familiar myself with uploading for a longer period. Anybody has a suggestion ?

Regards,

Peter

Is there still an interest in this?
I have a mint condition xerox of the manual that I gather from this thread should be scanned and preserved digitally anyway.
Eighteen patches.

I'm still interested. Does your manual include part 1? Thanks!

Hi,

I still haven't had time to do a scan of my manual. If anyone is interested in it I can send it to you for free. The only condition is that whoever gets it will promise to do the scans and host them on the web for free access/download by anyone.
Send me a PM with your postal address if interested.

EDIT: Manual on it's way to karlw. Thanks for the interest.

Here's a pdf of the complete Moog Rogue owners manual by Herb Deutsch that you can download:

http://www.thinkbotics.com/rogue/moog_r ... manual.pdf

I am also going to do some higher resolution scans of the individual pages and make those available soon.

Part One is a short introduction to the layout of the Rogue, its features and its performance potential.

Part Two consists entirely of sound charts.

Part Three provides those new to synthesizers with a brief description of synthesizer basics followed by a closer look at The Rogue. Here you will find an explanation of each of the Rogue's functions.
