What's the difference between 110v and 220v?

Post by SoundCypher » Sun Dec 12, 2010 3:05 am

This may be a dumb question, but I'm wondering why one might one a 220v moogerfooger over 110v one? Does it do anything to the actual sound or quality of the pedal. Like is there less volume drop in the 220v one or is there no difference in the pedal itself, and its just made for different countries?

220 volts hertz more.

Btw, they don't run on mains voltage, instead they use power adaptors/wall warts at nine volts DC or so. With all the stuff I get from the States, I mostly just put the adaptor to one side.

The difference is 110V.

220V - 110V = 110V
