Not exactly sure what you're asking here. What do you mean by "how can i set up the volume per a footswitch'?
Secondly, if you are looking for a way to use a footswitch to step through the Voyger's presets - you can't. There are no provisions for this.
Take a look at page 28 of the User Manual for descriptions of the Gate/Footswitch inputs. Should help you understand what these jacks do.

I think the korg pedal is probably a midi pedal and the voyager uses CV for its expression inputs so probably a no go. I have the moog expression pedal but I do not like it. It is not a very smooth pedal (no real flow) Does anyone here use a CV pedal they would recommend to carpetcrawler, myself and any other interested parties
I use a real cheap foot pedal to controll the Modulation2 section. Its a simple passive one. It got a stereo 1/4" jack. And the ring of the Voyager mod sockets provide +5 volts. And the base is pf cause the ground. The tapper of the build in pot of the pedal is receiving the +5 V and lowers them to zero (=ground) for min mod. And uses the nearly un touched +5 V as max mod voltage.
Pedals like this are very common.

keep on turning these Moog knobs
