Compared my Voyager with Source again the other day and found the filter on the source to open much wider in the top end. I wonder why the voyager filter doesnt sound as bright? I presume the lowpass filter is basically the same design in both instruments and that if anything the voyager would have a greater frequency range up top??
any ideas?

hey MC.have tried everything and it just doesnt have the top end sizzle and quality that the source has. the voyager is generally so much more versatile but it just doesnt have the quality in the tops. thats why i still keep the source..maybe the waveforms arent as bright or maybe its the filter but its starting to get to me after a years worth or use.
