MF-101 mods

Post by moremagic » Tue Apr 20, 2010 1:54 am

My LPF has been growing more and more on me, but its def missing a couple things. The two things I want most are an env amount that can go negative and an fx loop. Personally I could do without the 2/4 pole switch and have an fx loop switch instead and leave it on 4pole, but I know a couple of yall prefer the 2pole, so maybe theres another fix.
Does anyone here have any experience modding one? Would anyone else be interested in some factory mods?

I think a 4 to 1 pole switch would be preferrable for me, because I think a 1 pole filter sounds so great. I skip 2 and 3 on the Voyager.

this may be a dumb question but isnt the EHX Tube Zipper the same pedal as the LPF? Except the zipper has a trill mode and you can select which way the filter sweeps (up or down), and the zipper also sounds like it has a bit more of a bite to it, if you take my meaning. I have both and I hardly use the tube zipper anymore but before I get rid of it I just wanted to make sure.

haha, thanks. Believe it or not it's not a very convincing argument
