kinda OT but not really...boss rc2?
im not sure if any of you guys use this looping pedal but i am curious about the tap tempo input. i want to know if its possibly to take a square wave lfo from either synth or mf102, trigger pulse from my micromoog or drum machine trigger out to sync the loops to what your are playing live? or if there are any other looping pedals that allow you to do this that would be good to know too. i decided on the rc2 because its pretty cheap
My modular so far: Q104, Q106 x2, Q107, Q108, Q109 x2 , Q116, Q118, Q127 w/Q140, Q130, STG Wave Folder, Mixer and Mankato playing with Moog Voyager, VX-351, CP-251, MF-104M x2 ( STEREO!) Volca Beats and Bass, Arturia Beat step

I am a looping enthusiast. My bass player has the RC2 and it totally sucks. Looping is far too complicated for a single pedal format. You at least need the double pedal like an RC-20.
Moreover, the sync you're thinking about is totally impossible on the RC2, and even I bet the RC20 and RC50. Even The RC50, which is a real mothership looper, is well known to not be a good midi slave.
Although I'm not a fan of the EH 16 sec delay or 2880, they might be worthy of exploration.
Sorry but in the world of looping hardware, cheap pedals usually lack much functionality and features.
