downstate Illinois, in Champaign. Univ. of Ill (and home to the #1 b-ball team in ths NCAA i might add)
1000.00 is steep, I was gonna go 800.00, but that seems ridiculous. Are there any pedals that have similiar effects and price tags? Whoever has more than one, please give it up, spread the wealth, help a fellow MODster out!!

I'll also try and give you a heads up if I see one, but you have to be prepared to kiss off $1000.

Incidentally, the guy I just bought mine from is charging me GBP50 to ship from the Isle of Wight.. and that's not including any duties or bank fees.

Hype or no hype, it's a great pedal but right now people'd have to be asleep at the wheel to let one go for less than what I paid. I strongly suspect that the only reason there wasn't more bidders was precisely because of the shipping.

You should really look into the the Blacet Time Machine.

http://blacet.com/TM2050.html

The positive:

*It's analog
*2 Seconds of delay
*Lots of CV options
*Built in LFO for modulation
*Can flange unlike the MF-104
*Less than the price of the MF-104 even after power supply and +10v module

The negitive:

-Needs a power supply
-Need to bring instrument levels up to 10v
-No effects loop unlike the MF-104
-Can be really low-fi after 800ms(same as 104)
-Not a stompbox(**I've seen some people convert theirs to one**)
-Frack-Rack 1/8" mini jacks

I have 2 MF-104s(not for sale) that I think are incredible, but I love the sound of the Time Machine also. I find them very close in sound quility when set to the same delay time as the MF-104, 800ms. With the CV controls and used with the CP-251 you can get some very cool delay modulation from FLANGE, PITCH SHIFTING, FILTERED EFFECTS and ROOM REVERBS. Not to mention some cool DELAY too.

I got one for under $600 recently. I don't think that happens often though.
