Luck has nothing to do with it... if you have (or can borrow) a computer, you can update your Taurus to the new OS via USB.

We've worked very hard to ensure that the OS update process is quick, painless, and goof-proof. We've learned our lesson from the LP.

For that matter, we'll be updating the LP firmware update process very soon, to more closely resemble what we're doing now for the Taurus.
