Hi all.
My LP is stuck in panel mode. When I press the preset button it just flash orange and refuse to change back into preset mode.
Turning power off do not help. The synth have been turned off overnight now, but still power up in panel mode.
I also had this problem the very first time I started it up, but after a good night sleep, it worked ok (the known firmware problems are present).
When it happened this time, I was changing some arpeg. values in advanced preset. I do not remember witch preset. I also ran the synth through an old smallstone pedal.
I hope someone here know what is wrong and how to fix it.

LP II - Stuck in "Panel mode"
Sounds like it could be a grounding issue, is the phatty plugged into the same outlet as your amp? Try unplugging the audio cable, if that fixes it, then it likely is a ground issue. Also does this happen? http://www.moogmusic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=59363
Stage II, MF-102, MF-105m, MF-107, paia theremin, akai s2000, yamaha pss 680, yamaha cp 25, and other stuff
Hi, thanks for your respons.
You're right on. I searched the forum prior to my post, but the thread you linked to I did not read.
The first time I had this problem, the source most likely was the ground issue.
This time it was stray voltage to the ground connection of my audio cable.
I ran the phatty through an old Small Stone phaser. I recreated this as I wrote these words.
The odd thing is that when I started this post I had disconnected the phatty from the phaser (the night before), but the problem remained.
As I did it just minutes ago, the phatty operate as normal instantly after disconnecting it from the phaser. I had to restart though.
Connecting tha phatty to my MF-103 is OK.
Thanks again.

Re: LP II - Stuck in "Panel mode"
Hi,
I experience the same problem (stuck in panel mode - and when I take away the audio-out cable the problem is gone)
But I have no chance to change the power source here in thestudio.
What else could solve the problem??
Any hints?
Thanks
