Hello.
After playing a long time just for myself with the LP it felt like the production i am working on needed some MOOG. After setting up the LP and playxing along the recorded tracks i realized that the whole LP is abouthalf a note to high!?!? How can this be and is there a way to bring the LP back to its 'normal' tuning (the fine tune knob is not activated).
Thanks in advance.
Regards.

Tuning Problem with the LP Stage
Fine tuning is disabled if your LP is set to auto-tune.
Did you let the LP warm up for 15 minutes? If not that is why. Also you should not play it while it is warming up. No harm can be done, but the auto tune uses an average. So, you would have to play a while before the out of tune values that were stored when the LP was played while it was not warmed up get flushed out by warmed up in tune values.
If it was warmed up properly and still out of tune, go through the 4 calibrations as described in the manual. Perform them in the order described.

Thanks for your reply. I tried that but the LP is still half a note up. Haha. I will try the Calibration as described in the manual. Until soon.tyrannosaurus mark wrote:Yeah, I've had out of tune problems before, and it's all to do with the warm up time. You can't just turn it on and record something, the pitch will be all over the show
