Moog RME (2) giveaway for existing Voyager owners!

Post by donato » Tue Jan 25, 2005 4:36 pm

I think Moog should have a drawing contest for existing Voyager owners and give away two or maybe even four rack mount voyagers to go with them. That would be sweet! C'mon Moog!!!

I had previously suggested to the Moog folks that they conduct a Voyager patch contest. The idea was to have a number of sound categories (bass, lead, pad, FX) and offer a prize for the best entry in each category (maybe a MuRF?). Possibly also a special category for owners of Voyager/251/351 system configurations.

An RME would make a fine grand prize for the patch judged 'the best of the best'.

A contest would also generate a good number of new patches for the Voyager/RME, which they could then offer as a new bank of sounds to all Voyager owners.

Perhaps they'll consider this.

yes a patch competition would be a brilliant idea. Get some good healthy competition leading to some good creativity...

I hope this happens
