Hi
I'm totally new to this whole MIDI etc thing. so I have one question which I couldn't find out for myself:
In the u-tub vid about OS2 of MP201, the pedal is used to trigger a DrumMachine.
I tried to rebuilt this (sending message to start a AudioFile) but didn't succeed..
Anyone can help? Thanks a lot!!!

Exactly what device is playing this AudioFile? Is it a computer (if so, what program are you trying to use) or is it a sampler or drum machine (if so, what model)?

I figured it out!
Thanks for your reply.
I was looking for a way to start files triggering a button in MaxMSP.
Now I set the footswitch to Gate/latch and it works exactly the way I want it to.
