The coffee was pretty decent too, I take my coffee pretty seriously though I on'y buy folgers cause I can't afford the good stuffs.

The laptop bag was prolly worth 40 bucks alone, the tshirt was cool.

I wish my Father actually used his Fantom though, he needs to let me borrow it. I still have yet to midi that up to the voyager yet.

Nova was extremely flexible i bet they would use another carrier. They cut me a sick deal on my voyager saved me alot of money. It had tot be built at moog and i asked nova if they could get the flashing pitch and mod wheel mod put on for me it was no problem. Just to say my sweetwater rep has been getting no business from me. If worse comes to worse i only live 30-45 mins from you in the usa you could always ship it to my job and pick it up? I promise i wont play it before you get their :D

You lot are great salesmen.

I'll drop Nova a line then and see what they say. How is Moog for honouring cross-border warranties though? Anyone have any experience?

The factory warranty covers all parts and service, and return shipping within the USA.

This means that if you purchase a unit from a USA dealer but you live outside the US, then your warranty will be honored here at the Moog factory, but you are responsible for the expense of shipping your gear to and from the factory. We would cover all other costs of repair for in-warranty products.

If there is a Moog dealer with repair facility in your country, of course you can always get the repairs done there... but if the unit was purchased in the USA, then the distributor is not obliged to repair it under warranty, i.e. you would need to pay for their labor.

Kind regards,

Amos

Well, my bonus was good this year so I decided to treat myself and buy a VOS locally. They did a price match of an online retailer and I had a $100 gift card left over from my birthday anyway, so it ended up being a bit more affordable than I thought.

Unfortunately, I need to wait a week and a half for it to arrive from the warehouse in Montreal. :(
