Soundtower Excellent Support

Post by JHY » Tue Jan 04, 2005 2:34 pm

Anyone dithering about the perils of linking their MMV to a PC or worried about the mysteries of the editor/librarian please take reassurance from my experience of Soundtower.

Even before I purchased the software they were generous in their provision of guidance and easy to deal with. All is working fine after a few teething problems, I expect that I will need further help in due course, and am confident of continued support.

Given the modest cost of the product and the limited customer base, I am grateful and impressed.

Thanks to Mark and all at Soundtower

John

I had big problems with the software in versions before 1.04 on my Mac OS X and in combination with my MIDI interface Emagic mt4. Somehow I was unable to get sound in and out from the software at all. And It crashed all the time. During the last weeks I had many mails by Mark. And he fixed the problems I had.

No I love the new possiblities like morphing and mutate patches to create new sounds. Later I edit them on the Voyager to my taste a bit. Some real nice sounds evolved from that. Thumbs up :!:
keep on turning these Moog knobs
