Insert for control knobs on Voyager, source???

Has anyone been able so source just the inserts themselves? Personally I think it's overkill to replace the entire knob. Mine has 5 total that have fallen off; I have only been able to recover 3 of them. This is my biggest issue with the Voyager and I realize it's not the fault of Moog. Thanks!
