Where did you stick your sticker ?

Post by paul m » Sat Jun 27, 2009 7:00 am

I received my Moog sticker during the week and I cant decide where to stick it, so it would be quite interesting to find out where you all stick your coveted Moog stickers.

I e-mailed them at the main site and asked for more, because one wasn't enough. I have two on my amp, another on my LP's road case, one on my Pignose amp, and several in my junk drawer awaiting use.

All my cases have either biohazard stickers or the name of a prison and "Stool Samples" written on them.

Never had one stolen

Bob had a great story:

There was article on synthesizers back in the early 70s that had two pictures, one of a composer the other an ARP 2500 modular.

The captions read "The Composer" "...and his Moog"

Bob got a kick out of that. Musta drove the guys at ARP nuts.

Actually, the 2600 was the only ARP to have Moog filters. That's according to Kevin Lightner, if you need sources. The 4012 filter, available on the earlier 2600's, was a copy of the Moog filter, and predates the Odyssey.
