My 5-string Zeta jazz violin! The ability to control the note volume with bow pressure on the strings allows me to "play the filter" on the MF-101. The "tuba" setting from the manual is mind blowing, btw! Of course I patch that into the MF-103 Phaser for some swirly goodness, now just experimenting with the envelope out from the 101 as a CV for the 103. The MuRF and analog delay are next! Boss pedals only wish they were this cool!!

So far I've connected my MF-101 to the following

Mic: Works great
Novation BassStation rack: Eh, sort of worked, but I'm having trouble with space in my setup to get it routed to my mixer properly
Novation X-Station: Worked great
Korg EM-1: Kind of worked, but not as I was expecting it to

I'll need to collect some more moogerfoogers asap to explore the possibilities...

I recently ran a grand piano through my foogers. That was awesomely swirly and kinda like a rhodes, if a rhodes was a grand piano. Also violin through a freqbox yields a fairly convincing angry cat sound.
