Other usefull cv gear?

Ever hear of blacet? What other types of cv gear are you guitarists using?
Is there anything thst will convert the guitar's signal to another wave form?

Yes.

I'm a huge Blacet fan. Do a search in the moog forums for Blacet. I've written some review/impressions.

I have a Mini Wave, Time Machine, Binary Zone, I/O,+2 Dark Star Chaos.

I have some blacet modules like the time machine and the binary zone. What does the mini wave do? It's description on the Blacet site is limited. how does the quantizer feature work?
