os 2.0 bug?

hi i have got a lp stage edition 2 ...i m having it a few weeks now and today happend something strange:

well i got os 2.0 already installed.

i was messing in the master menu with the advance preset mod 2 destination and i trun it to destination wave....

since then a i coudnt use the value knob anymore

i thougt first it was just a hang up and i power off and power on again but i coudln t change the presets turning the value knob...

but now comes the strange thing and the reason why thing its a software problem, i still can push the button and go througt the 8 perform patches

i would like to make a factory reset but how???via midi is this possible?

or should i sent the 0s2 via midi?but where do i find it??

Go through the menu if you can, and there should be a FACTORY RESET or FACTORY RESTORE option.

i know about the factory reset but the knob don t wanna...if i turn the knob nothing happens but i can push the value knob to go trough the 8 perform set patches

Hmmm...I think you should e-mail Amos (at) moogmusic D0t C0m, and see what he suggests. I'd hate to give you wrong information accidentally.
