I've been asked by 'her indoors' to think of a cheapish present she could buy me for Christmas. I was wondering about the ep-2 expression pedal to go with my Little Phatty but am unsure what I can actually do with it. What I'd like to be able to adjust is the volume coming out of the LP with the pedal. Is that possible. Would I plug the ep-2 into the volume CV in of the LP to get volume swells and generally adjust the volume? If I could, that would be rather nice. Also (and I guess I could RTFM but I'm lazy), does the ep-2 need its own power supply or a battery?
Thank you oh wise ones.
Little Phatty and expression pedal
...would be a great gift for you!... Yes you can use it for volume, it doesn't need a power supply. You may find it even more useful for controlling the filter cutoff... often more musically useful...nice solid pedal, by the way.
The new CV pedal that Moog just came out with is on my wish list, but of course that's way more expensive.
so, ask Santa for two EP-2's .... best, jgirv
