Patch editing request

Post by Bryan T » Thu Nov 27, 2008 12:49 pm

When selecting the MIDI CC# the MP-201 spits out all of the CC's that I scroll through. That includes things like turning the volume all the way up and detuning the second oscillator on my Little Phatty. Is there a way to disable the CC signal while editing? At present, I'm simply unplugging the MIDI cable. If not, could this be added to the next version of the software?

Thanks,
Bryan

How are you folks dealing with this while scrolling through CC numbers? Just unplugging the cable?

To avoid the wear and tear of plugging/unplugging the cable to interrupt MIDI messages, years ago I made a simple MIDI switch from some RatShack parts (basically just a switch mounted on a small project box spliced into a MIDI cable).

Comes in handy from turning off those pesky MIDI CC's.
