FATAL ERROR Keyboard Overrun

Hi,
I am running Pro Tools 7.4, and this is the first time I have use my LP with it. I started to record midi, and on play back I got this message.
FATAL ERROR Keyboard Overrun

I was running USB, and swaped it ti DIN in/Out same problem. I have reset the Moog factory settings, same problem. After cold starting the machine and the LP comes good.
This is some type of error to do with Pro Tools and the LP, as I have tried it with Abelton, and it all came good. I have no Merge sellected, and only set to DIN In & Out, and still the same problem.

Why would this be? Your help would be most welcome.
