Would it be possible to sacrifice some preset memory to enable room for the v2.0 OS on an unmodified LPTE or is it larger than even current memory size can hold? just a thought....perhaps leave 10 preset slots, would be a great option for people who cannot get the memory upgrade for geological or other reasons.
ps....at least 2 slots have to be available tho...one for the "Thank You Bob" preset and another for user preset.

V2.0 on an unmodified LPTE....possible?
Probably a completely wacked idea
Since the LP communicates via MIDI, could a fairly simple device be made up that uses the MIDI in/outs, and perhaps a thumbdrive to store extra memory to run a larger OS? Not unlike running a separate os on a computer ? Just wondering. There must be some way to add extra memory that runs the software we so desire. Without having to sweat sending our family member to Moog.
