Is it possible to control all the LP parameters from a device like this through MIDI... giving it more of an interface like the old school?

Yes it is possible. I had a Bitstream 3x for a while and used it to control all my synths.

I have a M-Audio Keystation Pro 88 it has 24 knobs and 9 slide switches so I have knob control plus 88 keys. :)

Thanks, guys.

dave500: so you can play the LP from the larger keyboard? that sounds pretty great!

It is great 88 keys instead of having to hit the octave button is nice. Also when I turn one of my knobs I can see the lights move on the LP. Thats so cool. :D

Pretty solid metal construction. The knobs feel a little flimsy. Just don't buy it thinking you'll be able to pull up a Moog Little Phatty preset. Their '13000 presets' is false advertising...in my opinion. What I consider a preset would be a whole setup for a synth. What they consider a preset is a single parameter for a synth...most of which are software. It's lacking in the hardware preset department. So you have to enter all the CC values by hand but once it's up and running...no problem. I kind of regret selling it. I've been thinking of buying another one. I liked being able to control all my synths from one box.
