MuRF problems.... Help please.

So I've had my MuRF for just under a year now... Purchased it brand new from musictoyz. The first time around (2 days after I got it in the mail) I noticed that it started acting up (was working fine until this point) when I'd turn it on and get this weird high pitched noise while the pedal was off, then when I'd turn it on, same thing would happen except the noise got even louder. I sent that one back, got a new one in... fast forward almost a year (a very HAPPY year) with the "new" MuRF and I'm now having the exact same problem... What could the issue be? I'm really upset that this is my second MuRF to be doing this... For the money these pedals demand they shouldn't be having these problems. Any help would be appreciate, and just to answer these questions before you ask: Yes, I'm using the right powersupply- the one that came with the MuRF out of the box, and: Yes, I've tried SEVERAL times to contact Moog via e-mail, but never once got a reply... Did you try contacting Moog through their website?
