First pic of my mooger cabinet

Post by The Alison Project » Mon Mar 19, 2007 9:32 pm

Image.

Top left with be the Lowpass filter, center will be two Control Processors (hoping to have all this ordered in the next couple weeks), bottom left will be the Freq Box.

Reason for two blank rows above the bottom row of Foogers is for room and easy access to plug in a pedal for the Tap/Step input on the Bass Murf.

Looks nice, how do you like the Frostwave Sonic Alienator?

Nice setup...was thinking about one of those M-Resonators lately but then started plugging things into my MEK instead and was pleastantly surprised. The 16x4 analog-style sequencer on the MEK is nice. Have you used the CV ins on the MEK from any of the Foogers yet? I've been messing with that a bit as well. Between the audio in, analog osc/filters/amp and the CV in the MEK is a nice little processor in and of itself.

AP-

It looks like you have those Neutriks normalled (set so top row feeds the bottom of each PB) instead of non-normalled (I think Neutrik calls it 'pass thru'). Is that on purpose?

edit: Shut my mouth, Those are Behringers not Neutriks. My bad. Cool setup.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I haven't used my Evolver with my Foogers yet, my Evolver is a new toy and I am trying to get all the in's and out's of it before I use external processing. Thou I have had alot of fun using the Foogers with my modular.

Frostwave Sonic Alienator, I love this thing. Great with drums, actually great at ruining any input signal. Well worth the price IMO.

Yes thats a Future Retro Mobius in the side cabinet you can't really see (better pic on my page). I will definately be buying Future Retro's XS when it comes out.

The way I have my patch bays set up is the top 3 Foogers will go to the first patchbay, the second row will go to the bottom patchbay. It is set up so all in's are on the top line of each patchbay and the out's are on the bottom, inbetween each Fooger on the patchbay it's set up as a set of multiples.

All my Fooger inputs have worked with the patchbay so far except the Carrier In of the Ring Mod, and the Rate, Envelope and Mix of the Bass Murf, like posted a ton of times here, some Analog Delay cv in's only work with dummy plugs.
