I took delivery of the 102 today & its all which I've ever hoped it would be. Its curious though, the LEDs are almost 3 times brighter than my other Foogers (104Z & 105). Do any of your Foogers exhibit this indication?
Also a few of you mentioned that the Ring Mod is a wonderful addition to the Phatty but what exactly can I do with it? I assume maybe plug the LFO output into a CV on the LP. Would you please name a few connections between the two that I can take advantage & perhaps after trying a few different CV inputs, what on the Phatty can I do with it hooked up in such fashion? I just don't know what to play around with.
After familiarizing myself with the 102, maybe then I'll have a faint clue what to do with the FreqBox when it finally arrives as well. This vintage-type analog stuff is so new to an old dog like me.
Thanks guys

No, mine all seem the same.
Music can Name the Unnamable and Communicate the Unknowable.
'I am... everything is... changed... they're calling... your face... interwoven... who is...' Patient mumbles inaudibly to a tune (sounds like 'Thanks for the memory).

Plug either the LFO or Carrier out of the MF into any of the CV/Gate Ins on the LP and experiment. Turn knobs on the RM to see what they do when hooked up this way. You can also run audio through the RM (as you would expect) while modulating the LP using these connections as well. Can make for some interesting sounds.
In my recent playing with the 102 I found that, although it can create over-the-top sounds easily, I like using it in subtle ways to add a little shimmer or motion to a sound.
