Can you imagine someone trying to run off with your Voyager, I would think they would slow down after the first 100 feet when they realize how damm heavy it is... :)

MC,

Be careful with the bass! I'd be worried I'd swing it around and whack the MMV or A6.

Great combination of synths ya got.

I always took it off when going to LH bass. But we had started the next song before I had a chance to put it down. The singer saw a kodak moment and grabbed his camera.

There's a Hammond Porta-B under the A6 - barely discernable in that pic unless you spot the Leslie behind me. It doesn't have the scanner vibrato of a B, but this one is a killer sounding organ.

I wouldn’t even think about gigging without my AE. Voyager.
I play form of “electronic meditation” sound healing utilizing
The Moog, Japanese Shakuhachi Flutes, Harmos Lap steel and several tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. All running through Ableton Live on a Powerbook G4.
I have developed really beautiful overtone harmonics on the moog that interact well with the pure tones of the crystal bowls. The sound is truly felt and with the right intention can be very affective. Generally we (My partner Ami and I) perform in Yoga or Massage Studios so the environment for the most part is fairly gentle on the instrument.
But we have played many times at large music festivals in the hot summer sun or at trance parties in dusty dry fields. (We play tribal dance trance for these)and yes also smokey clubs.
I love my voyager so much that if it were a woman I’d marry her!!!!
It is a true extension of my being. When I’m not with it – I work patches out in my head. I believe that the Moog is happy to be on the road with me and is tolerant of some of the environmental extremes, for it is meant to be played. Plus people love hearing it and other musicians love seeing it. I try to play hand made instruments when ever possible.
I believe that there’s a living energy in these instruments and this energy really can become fluid in front of a live audience.
The moog is interactive with the performer and also the listener.
