Pan Moog w/expression pedal

Help - How do I pan the moog's output (Left to Right) (Right to Left) with an expression pedal (whole sound output) in order to use in recording and Live performance? What is the most simple way possible? Also, does anyone know how to create the digital delay effects on the moog without using a digital delay device? (Internally on the moog - my digital delay is mono) I know I have to do research through reading but just wondered if anyone knew off hand. Also, what is the final best solution for a strong supportive keyboard stand made for the moog? Anyone use a two teir comfortably? I would love to have three keyboards in line; one right on top of another with the moog on top. Any solutions/ suggestions? Very much appreciated.
