ADSR question

Post by Spaceman72 » Sun Apr 04, 2004 10:00 pm

Hey guys, I have a question about the ADSR.

I had a sound on my MiniMoog Model D that I want to recreate. I went to "Initial Parameters" to make it, but when I turn the RELEASE knob to make it carry out really long, well, it doesn't carry out really long. Is there something I am not doing to make it do so? My MiniMoog died, so I want to recreate some of the sounds I made and the one I am trying to do needs that long release. Thanks for any help!!!

make sure you have the release rocker switch set to on. this is right above the pitch and mod wheels.you might also make sure the release knob on the filter is up too, depending on the effect your trying to get.

You know. I was so used to seeing the Decay switch above the pitch and mod wheels that I jsut thought that was what it was. Thanks for pointing that out to me. Now maybe I'll get somewhere!!!!
